What does the monthly retainer cover?
Operation of The Mountain Stone Method™ at your engagement's tier scope.
Foundations runs the structural foundation plus two to three channel systems. Method™ Install builds all 10 systems in 90 days. Method™ Operate runs all 10 systems continuously. Method™ Leadership adds embedded executive growth leadership and the Mountain Stone operator team.

Why does Foundations show a flat price but other tiers show "From"?
Foundations is a fixed-scope engagement at $5,000/month.
Method™ tiers calibrate pricing internally based on engagement scope: market count, product line count, stakeholder coordination depth, channel intensity. The "from" figure is the floor. Final pricing is confirmed on the strategy call after fit is established.

How do brands move between tiers?
By graduation.
Foundations brands graduate to Method™ Install when they're ready for the full system, typically 3-6 months in. Method™ Install brands graduate to Method™ Operate when the seven completion criteria are met. Method™ Operate brands graduate to Method™ Leadership when they reach organizational scale with internal growth teams.

Why a 3-month minimum at Install but month-to-month at Operate?
Install requires committed runway to build the system. Three months is the floor needed to install all 10 systems with first compounding moves visible. Operate has no install work and no fixed term. The work keeps the brand, not the contract.

How does pricing escalate over time?
Tied to scope delivered. If engagement complexity grows (new markets, new product lines, multi-stakeholder coordination, increased channel intensity), pricing reflects what's being delivered. If nothing has materially changed, pricing stays the same. We don't raise prices because time has passed.
