When growth is governed — results are inevitable.
We work with a small number of partners to design and operate the systems behind sustainable growth — acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle.
Not as services.
As governed operating models.

Not because brands lack ambition, spend, or talent — but because growth is treated as a collection of tactics instead of a system.
Channels compete.
Decisions fragment.
Learning resets.
Momentum becomes fragile.
Growth is not something you do. It is something you govern.
At scale, performance improves when:
- Constraints are identified and addressed in order
- Systems are designed before tactics are deployed
- Decisions compound instead of reset
MTN Stone exists to bring structure to growth — so results are repeatable, not reactive.
What we value.
What we own.

Drayden Larsen
Founder
Drayden founded MTN Stone after seeing the same pattern repeat as brands scaled: growth activity increased, but decision quality did not.
His work focuses on designing governed growth systems — structures that clarify tradeoffs and hold as complexity increases. Rather than optimizing isolated channels, he operates at the level of decision-making: how teams decide and where leverage lives.
Drayden remains directly involved in every partnership to ensure judgment, structure, and strategic intent remain intact as brands scale.
