Who we are

Mountain Stone ("we," "us") is a growth studio based in Calgary, Canada. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through mtnstone.ca. Questions can be sent to hello@mtnstone.ca.

What we collect

When you introduce your brand through our form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, brand name, store URL, revenue and spend ranges, and anything you write to us. When you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information through analytics tools: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To evaluate and respond to brand introductions.
• To run the diagnostic process for brands we engage with.
• To operate and improve the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, email, analytics), who process it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Introduction and correspondence records are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential engagement, and then deleted on request or in the ordinary course of business.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mtnstone.ca. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
